or 26,160 Liters of CO2 at STP. To
envisage this amount of CO2 consider a normal petrol
tanker has a capacity of 25,000 Liters.
Or, a 250
mile return trip by aeroplane for one person, uses a similar Carbon
Footprint.

The cost of incinerating is high when you factor in :

- Transportation
of Waste
- Licensed
Incineraters' charges.
Another

Certain isotopes cannot be incinerated because they pose a greater
threat in the gaseous phase than in the liquid phase.

10 Liters of ProSafe Cocktail biodegrades to a biomass. A very small
amount of CO2 is produced during the process as a by-product
of biodegradation.
1,000 20mL Vials can then be recycled.
Meridian Biotechnologies Ltd has recently formulated
a range of cocktails that do not contain any NPEs or APEs and only
contain 100% biodegradable constituents.
